Median arcuate ligament syndrome (MALS), otherwise called celiac artery compression (CACS), is an uncommon disorder that results from anatomical of the axis and/or ganglion by MAL. Patients typically present with abdominal pain unknown etiology exacerbated eating along nausea, vomiting, and weight loss. MALS a diagnosis exclusion should be considered in patients severe upper pain, which does not correlate objective findings. The cardinal feature elicited relies on imaging studies artery, demonstrating narrowing during expiration. definitive treatment median ligament’s surgical release to achieve decompression plexus division This article describes our experience this entity, focusing symptom presentation, diagnostic challenges, management, including long-term follow-up four cases.
